- Our challenges are 6 or 12 weeks, giving enough time build the habits needed to get on the right track.
- The challenges offer access to all of our fitness and CrossFit classes.
- They provide each client with a nutrition plan for the time period of their challenge.
- Additionally, each challenge includes, as part of the challenge, 3 In-Body Scans so we can track, with proper science, how our body is transitioning and see the progress we ar emaking through the weeks.
- Each challenge is tailored to the individual client. We help you decide what classes to come to, how often to come and how to build up over time, how much to eat and when to eat, and hold you accountable to your goals.
