Row Zone/Row zone +
Welcome to our exhilarating rowing class, where you'll discover the power and intensity of this full-body workout.
For Row Zone, The instructor will lead you through a variety of rowing intervals, drills, and challenges. For Row Zone + the instructor will lead you through a great workout using the rower, but also working on toning, core and strength with additional functional fitness movements added.
You'll experience endurance-building workouts, and power-focused intervals that target different muscle groups and energy systems. The intensity of the class can be adjusted to accommodate all fitness levels, allowing you to challenge yourself at your own pace.

We offer Challenges year round to those who need the extra little push to get themselves started, or as a reset.
Our 6-12 week challenges come with nutrition coaching, In-Body Scans, and unlimited fitness plans to help get you started on the path you are looking for. We work with you to design the plan perfect for you to reach your goals.
