T2 is a fitness facility located in Bridgeville, PA where the number one goal is to help people improve their health and fitness. At T2, we offer a variety of classes, each led by a coach who will individualize the workout for you, regardless of your fitness background. We believe in Community, Fitness, and Fun! A lot of our group workouts are high intensity which will help improve your overall fitness and strength.

We offer a variety of group classes that cover a wide range from CrossFit, Rowing and Cycle classes, to Bootcamp and Kids CrossFit Classes. Additioanlly we have Private Training for toning, sculpting sports performance and more.

Row Zone/Row Zone +
Welcome to our exhilarating rowing class, where you'll discover the power and intensity of this full-body workout.For Row Zone, The instructor will lead you through a variety of rowing intervals, drills, and challenges. For Row Zone + the instructor will lead you through a great workout using the rower, but also working on toning, core and strength with additional functional fitness movements added.You'll experience endurance-building workouts, and power-focused intervals that target different muscle groups and energy systems. The intensity of the class can be adjusted to accommodate all fitness levels, allowing you to challenge yourself at your own pace.Come join us, embrace the power of rowing, and experience the incredible physical and mental benefits of this dynamic full-body exercise.
Crossfit kids
CrossFit Kids is a specialized fitness program designed to introduce children and teenagers to the world of CrossFit, a high-intensity functional fitness training methodology. With a focus on fun, safety, and age-appropriate exercises, CrossFit Kids aims to foster a love for physical activity, build confidence, and promote healthy habits in young individuals.Beyond physical fitness, CrossFit Kids also emphasizes the development of character and life skills.
