T2 Fitness is Fitness for Everyone.  All of our classes offer perfect training for you to achieve your goals.  Each class is the perfect challenge for anyone, from their first workout to an experienced fitness enthusiast.  Each workout can be adapted to each individual person to all you to reach the goals you are looking for.

Classes:

Sweat

SWEAT Bootcamp is a 60 minute HIIT class that focuses on cardio, and full body toning, and strengthening.  The 30-35 minute workout starts after the coach has warmed you up and helped you learn any movements you need and guide you through proper movement form.  This class is for anyone of any fitness level!

Core Blast and The PUMP 30

Core Blast and The Pump30 are 30 minute classes that focus on building the core and full body strength.  Each class is taken at your own pace with dumbbell weights that you feel comfortable with.  Build your core and tone your muscles with these two great classes.

Row Zone/Row Zone +

Row Zone + is a 60 minute HIIT class with the core of the class focused mostly around rowing on the Concept 2 Rowing Erg.  The class also incorporates dumbbell work, kettlebell work, and plyometrics. The class focuses on cardio, toning and strengthening the full body. It is a great way to get in some great cardio low impact training!

Row Zone is a 60 minute low impact cardio class. The class focuses on rowing form while also pushing interval training along with long distance training.  It is an all around cardio program that builds up your engine!

Cycle

Cycle is a 60 minute class low impact cardio class that focuses on building your engine on the Concept 2 Bike Erg.  Each class is interval training both long and short intervals.  It is a great class to build up your engine while having fun and pushing yourself towards your goals.
