It’s going to be a hot one. Even so, get outside, enjoy a walk, bike ride, run. And in the evening, even though there will be no official fireworks celebrations, celebrate anyway – safely and conscientiously.

Normal Hours: Friday, 3rd and Saturday, 4th July

Drink fluids, preferably water; stay hydrated.

Have fun.

Three weeks ago, we were allowed to reopen our doors with certain restrictions. You have been so conscientious about maintaining the standards set out for cleaning, social distancing, nose/mouth covering etc and for that we applaud you. Please help us to keep our doors open by continuing these practices and please encourage others to do the same.

Because of the uncertainty that still abounds and if you choose not to come to the physical location (and we absolutely understand – no pressure), we are all part of the T2 CrossFit and T2 Fitness community: honesty and integrity; dignity and respect; always encourage a healthy lifestyle. And we do this, one athlete, one workout, one rep at a time.

Keep watching your emails for class times – Adult, and Kids, Preteens and Teens.

Trivia For The Week: Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Competition

Held originally of 4th July 1916 by 4 men to prove who was most patriotic. Takes place at the corner of Surf and Stillwell Avenues in Coney Island, a neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City.

The International Federation Of Competitive Eating sanctions the event which is now overseen by Major League Eating.

And it will take place this year but without fans.

Have a great weekend. Be safe.
