Hope everyone had a brilliant day on Tuesday. If you over-indulged, hey-ho, today is a new-start day. I didn’t see the football scores so don’t know if there were any major upsets but it’s just a game (though I mentioned that to Anna the other day and she pointed out that the players get paid huge sums of money for “just a game” – she has a point). Make sure to check the holiday hours for the New Year.

And to help with the “new-start” day, on Wednesday, 2 January 2019, there will be Fundamentals’ Classes at 6:00am, 8:00am, 10:00am, 12noon, 4:00pm and 6:00pm.

A great opportunity for a refresher course alongside your friend who is trying CrossFit for the first time. Call 412-277-5922 or email office.t2crossfit@gmail.com to reserve your spot.

After class, reward yourself by perusing the new shirts – t-shirts and long sleeved thermals.

An FYI to T2 CrossFit members who are wondering whether or not to take up the T2 Fitness Unlimited subscription, you might want to do it before 7 January – the price until 7 January is $30. New subscription sign-ups on and after 7 January will be $40.

Today’s Fun/Trivia:

Did you know that “The Farmer’s Dog Leapt o’er the Stile” was a previous title for “BINGO Was His Name-O”. The first version of the song was found in “The Humming Bird” collection of children’s songs in 1785. Check out the link for the original version as well as the modern version.

all nursery rhymes

Why am I mentioning this I hear you ask? Hmm, ..…
