not too much of an excess of calories


This will be brief.

Normal hours on Saturday, 24 December and 31 December.

Hours for Monday, 26 December and Monday, 2 January:  8:00, 10:00am, noon, 4:00pm

Monday, 26 December: No T2 CrossFit Kids, PreTeens or Teens


New additional hours for 2017
We are introducing a 7:00pm class, beginning Tuesday, 3rd January 2017. Hopefully this will ease the post-work travel stress just a little. Monday-Friday.


Double Unders: have you been practicing these last couple of weeks? Have you tried the suggestions we have mentioned? The third and probably the most important tip to learn DUBs, …..  practice  …..

You can watch as many teaching videos as you have time for, you can read all the articles presented and these all have their place but unless you get on the floor with a jump rope in your hands and turn it, DUBs will never happen. Conversely, if you take all those tips and techniques suggested, grab your rope and just try, after every workout is the best time so I have been told (it worked for me), the DUBs will eventually come – in ones and twos at first but eventually you will string several together. You have to practice consistently and consistently practice.


12 Days of Baubles – hopefully you are all now aware of the reasons behind the red Elf dropping around the gym. Keep the baubles safe; keep an eye out on social media next week for the daily drawing where the numbers drawn will be posted along with the prizes for that day; we will note the numbers on the whiteboard at the gym too.

And hopefully you have already invited your guest(s) whom you will be bringing to workout alongside you during that first week of the New Year.


Tomorrow, Saturday, at the Mall is going to be nuts. So why not begin with a good workout; it will help to put you in the right frame of mind to cope with the crowds.
