At T2 CrossFit we promote a healthy life-style through functional fitness -incorporating every day movements, high intensity workouts and strength training. Our workouts are programed to be tough, but completely scaleable, ensuring everyone is able to do the workouts regardless of fitness level or physical capability.
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
CrossFit Kids offers twice a week classes teaching our youth functional movements, in a fun setting. Our classes are offered in three age ranges, Kids 6-9, Pre-teens 9-12, Teens 13-17. No experience needed, just the want to work hard and have fun!
Kids & Teens
Based on the principle of Mechanics => Consistency => Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means that consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.Get Started Today

We highly recommend you take the Introductory Class (two week session) if your schedule allows, as it gives you more time to soak in the movements and get comfortable with CrossFit and the movements, but don’t worry, if it doesn’t fit your schedule, the coaches will make sure you are fully ready to go from a private session too.
