At T2 CrossFit we promote a healthy life-style through functional fitness -incorporating every day movements, high intensity workouts and strength training. Our workouts are programed to be tough, but completely scaleable, ensuring everyone is able to do the workouts regardless of fitness level or physical capability.

If you have never tried CrossFit but would like to give it ago, or you just want a refresher course, we have an introductory class that breaks down all the movements to get you feeling comfortable going forward.

Community Class
Every Saturday
We offer a free community class most Saturdays at 9am for anyone interested in learning more about T2 CrossFit. You can register for the class online or simply show up and we’ll get you started.
Attend a Free Class
We are building a community one athlete, one rep, one wod at a time.
We highly recommend you take the Introductory Class (two week session) if your schedule allows, as it gives you more time to soak in the movements and get comfortable with CrossFit and the movements, but don’t worry, if it doesn’t fit your schedule, the coaches will make sure you are fully ready to go from a private session too.

T2CrossFit is located in the South Fayette Twp/Bridgeville area with quick, easy access to and from I79/SR50. Our faculty is over 9,000 sq. ft. with all the great equipment you’d expect from a premier CrossFit facility.

Culinary Ninja
April 7, 2018
Chef Nick Massie developed the concept of “functional food,” with which he teaches people how to build balanced recipes that are packed with flavor. His course takes the mystery out of meal prep and sets the foundation for turning you from a kitchen catastrophe into a Culinary Ninja.
