Seems odd writing about The Open in the Fall when, since its inception, it has always taken place at the beginning of the year. But as the saying goes, ‘A Change Is As Good As A Rest’ though I doubt there will be little time to rest during 20.1-20.5. 20.1 announcement is this evening at 8:00pm – check out games.crossfit.com

If you registered for The Open and the T2 in-house Open, make sure to check the FB Discussion Group page for your team. Whether this is your first or umpteenth time for participating, try not to get too nervous, don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Have confidence; trust your training. You have great coaches who have seen you right throughout the year; they are still there for you now. There is still time to register: registercrossfit2020

You can still take The Judge’s Course. You learn a huge amount about the movements you do in workout. And it is available for everyone to take. It also means that you are able to judge other athletes. It makes you really aware of the standards required for workouts. When coach shouts no-rep, you will understand why. No-one likes a no-rep.

For the next 5 weeks beginning this Friday, 11th October, come and visit T2 community for FNL. It’s loud and full of energy and is amazingly exciting. Doors open at 4:00pm for warm-up and the first heat of 20.1 will begin soon thereafter. (Wish I was there 😞)
