Because you have all been consistently completing the front rack warm-up stretches, your ‘cleans’ should be improving. Something else that will help with your ‘cleans’ is the Deadlift.

Everyone should know how to deadlift safely. And I don’t mean with a barbell loaded with body weight, 2x body weight … I mean a grocery bag, a toddler, a bag of mulch, anything that needs to be lifted off the ground. What happens to the object then varies but all those situations begin with a deadlift, the ‘best bang for your buck’ lift and movement for overall health and strength. (Functional fitness)
