2019 CrossFit Games – Two of Friday’s events and two of Saturday’s events have been announced: 

Friday – Row Burpee; Two Ropes

Saturday – Sandbag Triplet; Down & Back Chipper

For actual details of the events, click this link: https://games.crossfit.com/workouts/games/2019?division=18 And from this link you should be able to find the event/heat times and lane assignments.

As of right now, there are no times up for when Anna will be competing but I would imagine they will begin around 9:00am

If you have ever watched the CrossFit Games and thought I can’t possibly do that, you are probably correct; the majority of us can’t. However, our awesomely supportive T2 Community will help you do movements very similar but adjusted to you. So why not come and try one or more of our several options – Free Trial CrossFit Class, Free Community Class, SWEAT, Cycle, Row Zone:
