Congratulations to the new members who took the proverbial ‘first step on their road to change’. The Fundamentals’ Class is just the beginning of your learning curve which will now soar exponentially. But what should you expect during your first few classes, weeks, months?

You will probably feel overwhelmed, sore, lost, frustrated … – all to be expected. You will also feel support from T2 members and coaches, delight at being able to move the next day without hobbling around, an embryonic understanding of the ‘new language of CrossFit’, exhilaration when the barbell does exactly what you want it to do when you want it to ….. all to be expected. 

Be patient. Ask, watch and listen. Embrace the challenge of the new.
