Schedule while Anna and Brad are in Atlanta. Back to regular hours from Thursday afternoon.

 

Thursday: Open Gym 12:10pm, Class 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, 7:00pm

Friday: Class 5:30am, 6:30am, 9:00am, 12:10pm, 4:00, 5:00, 6:00pm

Anna and Brad are in Atlanta, GA and are ready to go. If you wish to watch their Regionals, you can on the CrossFit Games website home page. Or on YouTube. The schedule isn’t yet posted but when it is, she will be in the afternoons/evenings of each day, we will do our best to circulate times on social media. On Anna’s and Brad’s behalf, thank you for all of your support and patience and for all the goodwill messages you sent via the card box.

LuRong Challenge: third workout will be held on Saturday, 3 June at 8:00am. Doors will open by 7:30am in order to allow time to warm up. Paul Sebastian will be the Master of Ceremonies for this week, ably assisted by Teresa and Paul T. After completing this workout, hang around for the Community WOD, Members’ WOD

Rowing Clinic: Sunday, 11 June see Anna to sign up. Open to any T2 member and will be focusing on efficiency – getting the most meters/calories for your pull. Cap of 24 so get your name down. $25

Warm, light evenings, fires in fire pits, smores, toasted marshmallows, all great happenings. What you really need is some perfect kindling to get those fires going. At the end of our parking lot, there is a pile of chopped up pallet wood. Please help yourself; take a piece or two, or the whole lot. I will be happy either way.
